To get registered the Horse21 Hotel Reservation System you go to the official web-site www.horse21.com, then select section HOTELS, then section REGISTRATION and fill in the application form (application form might be as well to go in English only using Latin writing (letters)). Then you get informed in the Horse21-Client Agreement.

You see an application form. Please fill only obligatory fields marked with*; other fields are optional.

Last ONE is an official contract between the HOTEL and the HORSE21 Hotel Reservation Service. You also know that you assume the notes of the AGREEMENT and can be get answerable in case you breach the obligation.

All the personal information you inform the HORSE21 in, is an exact and authentic and you inform the HORSE21 in case it gets any changes immediately while the AGREEMENT is in use. All the conditions of the AGREEMENT come into force since the moment you registered in the HORSE21 and the AGREEMENT works till it cancelled. The AGREEMENT can be cancelled by any part of the AGREEMENT (HOTEL or HORSE21) in the writing form. The HORSE21 have a right to cancel the AGREEMENT at any time and without warning in case any note of the AGREEMENT is broken by the second part of the AGREEMENT (HOTEL).

All the information about the HOTEL you put to the HORSE21 web-site will be checked up by the HORSE21 Info Centre. It’s necessary to check the information to prevent any mistake and any kind of problem between the HOTEL and the HORSE21. When the data checked, the HOTEL gets the CONTRACT status. You will also receive your passwords to log in the HORSE21 on-line system to your e-mail address.

To log in your own page at the HORSE21 Reservation System, top up the data about the HOTEL on your own page at www.HORSE21.com and get the information available for clients to read, you can do it :

  1. Using your passwords. Visit http://hotels.HORSE21.net/FORHOTELS/ and enter your passwords for it. So, here you are!
  2. You can also use that special program for communication with Horse21 Company in real time. This program helps you to get through your own page at www.HORSE21.net and update the information in there whenever you’d like to. This program reminds you not forget about everytime updating, authenticating and confirming the additional information on your own page.

NOTE: As soon as you install the special program to you PC, in the bottom right hand side corner on the screen a small one LAMP sign shows up. That means that the program is installed and ready to work with. If you click it you can see a form:

Then you need to click SETTINGS button, enter your passwords to log in your own page and click SET. After it you return with RETURN button. The last step to log in your own page is to click ENTER NEW DATA button. So, here you are!

1. Booking Report 

 

In this section you can get to know with the order and cancellation statistics and how many of them are booked with the HORSE21 system. Also you can use and check the details of any booking. Click the DAY and MONTH button to go to the list of booking. There you can find the date of arriving and departure, clients’ names, availability of the previous date you are interested in for.

3. Room Type 

 

Please, mark the TYPE space to know the room type to book with the HORSE21 Hotel Reservation System. Mark the NR ROOMS space to know the number of rooms of every type you have at the moment at the HOTEL to book with the HORSE21 Hotel Reservation System.

When you have put all the details, please, click Submit button to save the data successfully.

4. Room Rates 

 

Before you add prices to the calendar you have to fill in some info on the top of the page, such as:
Please, select the Rate Type:
Standard Rate – the client books accommodation using the HORSE21 System and pays directly at the Hotel
Prepaid Rate – the Client pays the HORSE21 System for the selected accommodation and the HORSE21 pay the deposit for the Client at the turn of the month according to the HOTEL bill.
Room Type - select Room Type, for which you would like to enter the rates
Year - please, name the year for prices (current or next one)
Currency - please, select the currency to pay for the accommodation. There you can see a list of different currency.
NOTE: All the rates for any type of room should be indicated in the same currency.
Breakfast for person - please, select from the list breakfast details:

Then, click Submit button to save the data successfully.
NOTE: When you click the Submit button you save the breakfast details only. If you do not click Submit, the breakfast details will not be shown for the client.
Tax - please, select from the list on the screen the tax details in the final bill

Please, mark the tax at percent (%).
Then Submit the tax details, please.
NOTE: when you click the SUBMIT button you save the tax details only. If you do not click the SUBMIT button, the tax details will not be shown for the client. When you submit all the info, as room rates, room type, currency, breakfast and tax details you’ve got the next step to make to get registered the HORSE21 Hotel Registration System.

When you've entered all the necessary information about room and rate type, currency, breakfast and taxes you may go to the next step - to figure the price for every type of room. Please, remember, that you put NON commissionable prices.
Select the exact period of time price in the calendar:
All year round period for this you should enter the price (in currency you’ve chosen) in the cell «All year round prices», then to press «Set» button , after that automatically in the «calendar» you will see the price you’ve entered. If you put a tick - days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these dates.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»
All month period – In the calendar form to the right side of each month there is a field for entering the price for the whole month. You should submit the price (in currency you’ve chosen) and press «Set» button. After that automatically in the «calendar» you will see the price you’ve entered. If you put a tick - all days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these dates.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»
Working days – Above the calendar form to the left of each month there is a field to fulfill the price for working days (light grey color). After you enter the price and pressed «Set» you will see the price you’ve entered for working days for chosen month that will appears automatically in the «calendar». . If you put a tick days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these dates.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»
Weekend - Above the calendar form to the right of each month there is a field to fulfill the price for weekends (dark grey color). After you enter the price and pressed «Set» you will see the price you’ve entered for weekends for chosen month that will appears automatically in the «calendar». . If you put a tick days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these dates.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»
Every day separately - you may enter the price for the chosen room type for each day separately. After fulfilling the necessary fields you should press the «Update» button that is located in the bottom of the form. If you put a tick day will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these dates.

 

5. Availability 

 

Before you insert HOTEL availability to the calendar you choose the room type and year (current or next one). After that you can start to fill in your details. First, put the quantity of the available rooms you have to propose with the HORSE21 Hotel Reservation System.
You can put the following:
Whole year availability - Write in the number you need in the cell «All Year round» and click «Set». After that automatically in the «calendar» you will see the quantity you’ve entered. If you put a tick - days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these dates.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»

Each month - The Set field on the dark blue background from the right side of the screen is used to indicate the same number of the rooms for a whole month. Write in the number you need in the cell of the month, you’ve chosen and click «Set». After that automatically in the month you’ve chosen, you will see the quantity you’ve entered. If you put a tick - days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for this month.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»

Working days – The field named Set on the light grey background is used to indicate the number of the rooms available for booking during the midweek . Write in the number you need in the cell and click «Set». After that automatically you will see the quantity you’ve entered. If you put a tick - days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these days. Then go down the page and press the button «Update»

Weekend days - The field named Set on the dark grey background are used to indicate the number of the rooms available for booking during the weekend. Write in the number you need in the cell and click «Set». After that automatically you will see the quantity you’ve entered. If you put a tick - days will be «closed», so your hotel will be close for booking for these days.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»

Every day separately - If you need to change the quantity of rooms for a certain day delete the previous figure indicated there and type in a new one.
Then go down the page and press the button «Update»

MIND: You should name the price for each room type separately from each other. If you like to name the exact days to know that all room are booked you can do it as for each room type separately (select exact room type from the list on the window screen), and for all room types together (click ALL ROOMS).

Please, also remember, that info you add is useful for an exact period of time only you mark on the bottom of the calendar.
So, you can select fro the following:

  • Today
  • Today and Tomorrow
  • Week - 7 days
  • Month - 30 days

When you click «Update» button, on the right side you see a note about when you have to do the next update date appears:

The SPECIAL PROGRAM will remind it to you any time you enter your page and help you to use the program.

 

6. Hotel Equipment 

 

Please mark the necessary options to show the list of the services of your hotel.
Click Submit to save the results

Please choose the room types from the list above and mark the options you think must be indicated to show the list of services.
Click Submit to save the results.
 

 

8. Hotel Room Facilities 

 

Please choose the room types from the list above and mark the options you think must be indicated to show the facilities. If all the room type has the same facilities, please, select ALL.
Click Submit to save the results.
 

 

 

9. Sports  

 

Mark the sports facilities the hotel provides and indicate the distance. Please note: all the distances must be indicated in kilometers.
Click Submit to save the results

Indicate the names of the destination points listed in this section, distance and how long it takes to get to the hotel from there.
Click Submit to save the results.

8. Credit Cards 

 

Please mark a little white square near the card type to indicate the types of the credit cards that can be accepted by your hotel.
Click Submit button to save the results.

12. Cancellation Policy 

 

In this section you can create, edit and put the cancellation policy of your Hotel. By default standard conditions are indicated.
If it is necessary you can change them for the whole year or for a certain interval.
You can add an interval using the Add Interval button. Choose the start date and the end date from the list and click Add Interval.
Move the mouse pointer over the interval you need and indicate the cancellation conditions which are suitable for that period.
Please choose a room type from the list above and mark the options you need or choose <All>. In this case the marked options will be applicable to all types of rooms.
NOTE: Please, remember that the cancellation criteria you have selected will be in use for any room type.

If you have some others cancellation conditions determine them in English, please.
Click Submit to finish.

 

13. Hotel Pictures and Gallery 

 

You can install the Hotel pictures in this section. The main one and 6 extra pictures.
Please, mind that you can install *.jpg, *.gif or, *.png format files only, 50 kb maximum size.
More size files installation cannot be set up.

You can install the hotel map shows how to get to your HOTEL.
Please, mind that you can install the *.jpg, *.gif or, *.png format files only, 0.5 Mb size maximum.
